We believe that working with Rural Mental Health Matters will enable you to improve your organisation's mental health inclusivity and outreach efforts as easily and efficiently as possible.
That's why, once you decide to invest in a consultancy package, collaborating with us involves just three easy steps.
Step 1: It All Starts With A Cuppa and A Conversation
This is your chance to find out a bit more about Rural Mental Health Matters, and for Melanie to find out a bit more about your business or organisation. Melanie will meet you online (or in person**) for a discovery call, coffee and a chat.
Bring your organisation's challenges and needs, and Melanie will discuss solutions, insight, and clearly outline how Rural Mental Health Matters can help your organisation to support those who need it.
Your investment: just £50 for up to one hour.
**Please note, for in person meetings, this may incur extra charges to cover expenses, depending on locality.
Step 2: Your Deep-Dive Focus Meeting
After you've attended your initial up to 60-minute discovery call, we'll support you to arrange your Deep-Dive Focus Meeting.
During this meeting, Melanie will spend up to 2 hours with you to learn more about your organisation or business. Melanie will work with you to identify key areas where she can offer assistance, along with examining the depth of support and length of time required to achieve the end results you're looking for.
After your meeting, Melanie will send you a detailed proposal (within 21 days) that outlines the consultancy project's total scope, key metrics and goals, total cost, and any other essential details.
Your investment: £300.
Step 3: Your Half-Day Consultation
Once you've had the opportunity to review your customised proposal, Melanie will spend half a day with you to discuss the working agreement that will be set up between your organisation and Rural Mental Health Matters.
Your half-day consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss the number of hours, or days, that Melanie will spend consulting with you per month, and make any necessary changes or additions to your original proposal.
Your investment: £500 + reasonable expenses (e.g. travelling costs, overnight accomodation in your area, etc.).
After your initial consultations, you can expect any ongoing consultations that are part of your consultancy package (and which will be outlined in your customised proposal) to be based on the following rates:
General Consultancy Rates:
For short-term consultancy projects, Melanie charges the following day rates:
Half Day - £500 + expenses.
Full Day - £850 + expenses.
Partnership Rates:
Are you a statutory organisation, a mental health charity, or part of the VCSE (Voluntary, Charity, and Social Enterprise) sector, and want to work with Rural Mental Health Matters on a longer-term, collaborative project?
If you are, Melanie can offer discounted rates that allow you to bring your project to life, and save money.
Partnership Packages:
Based on 3 days of consulting per month:
6 months contract - £10,000 (saving £5,300!)
12 months contract - £15,000 (saving £15,600!)
With brand new projects, many organisations find it beneficial to consider working with Melanie (and the Rural Mental Health Matters team) on a 12-month contract.
