Find Help
Rural Mental Health Matters is Social Enterprise specialising in research and early intervention, with a focus on tackling rural mental health inequality, by providing information and signposting in rural and remote communities, via mobile outreach development. We are not able to advise people directly on their personal circumstances.
If you are at all concerned about your mental health or wellbeing or if you are concerned about a friend or relative you should seek the advice and support of your GP as a matter of priority, or you may find useful information from one of the sources below.
